REFUND & RETURN POLICY

  We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns work.

  30-Day Return Window
  You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  How to Start a Return
  Email us at cyp0911@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  Refunds
  Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  Damaged or Defective Items
  If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

  Return Shipping
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  Non-Returnable Items
  For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items cannot be returned unless defective.

  Cancellations
  Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before the item has shipped.
